Welcome to AnonX, a chat platform designed for secure, anonymous, and real-time communication. By accessing or using AnonX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You must be at least 18 years old to use AnonX. You agree not to impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself without permission, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to use AnonX to post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content; harass, stalk, or threaten other users; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform. AnonX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but by using AnonX, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful.

AnonX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance, and you use AnonX at your own risk.

We may update or modify AnonX at any time, and significant changes to these Terms will be communicated via the app or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
